Bounty Hunter- Sculpting: Jacket

The way I created this jacket is by masking the body and then extracting to the thickness that I like, I haven't made the collar of the jacket yet as i think it will be easier to model it in 3ds max and then import it, in my opinion that would be the easiest and more efficient way of making the collar.

I have tried making the collar using the topology brush in zbrush but it was just very messy and very difficult. It was uneven and needed a lot of fixing afterwards even if I did manage to make it work properly, so in the end I just decided to make it in 3ds max

After making it in 3Ds Max and importing it in to zbrush it was a lot easier to move it into the shape that I want as it was a little bit off, I made a plane in the shape of the collar that I want and then just added thickness to it in zbrush.

This is the wireframe for the collar, it was very low ooly so i was very blocky but by adding subdivision levels to it that poblem was easily fixed. Overall I liked how this turned out considering how little time it actually took me, I think i will be using this same method for the jacket underneath the jacket.
